Wight Woodturners Support the opening of the

Mulberry Tree Wood Turnery at Arreton Barns

Members of the Wight Woodturners turned out in force on Saturday 8th February to support fellow member Andy Fortune at the opening of his new premises situated at the Arreton Barns craft village.   Andy has been able to re-locate to these larger premises which now include a well-equipped compact workshop together with a display area. Here on show is Andy’s work for sale and a range of woodturning consumables including a selection of Chestnut finishing products. Also on display is the delicate handmade fused glass work by Nikki.   At the allotted time of 1:00 pm member David Woodward cut the opening tape starting a new chapter in Andy’s wood turning life. Mike Graves, Chairman of Wight Wood turners, presented Andy with a Certificate of Support from the membership, wishing him every good “Fortune “in his new home.
